Slacker Mother here...Just realized that the post I wrote about Lore Mae's birthday did not publish for one reason or another. Here it is...only 2 and a half months late.
Sweet Lore Mae turned 3 on March 13. It is hard to believe that she is already so big (well not really big, but you get what I mean). She is in Kindergarten now everyday and is doing well. She still loves animals; dogs the best, but since they are in such abundance here in the Allgaeu, cows are also way up on the list. She loves to pick flowers, and always comes home with a handful whenever we go somewhere.
On her birthday we had some of Tommy's German relatives here to visit. We all went to the restaurant here in our village and this is her being shy when we all sang Happy Birthday.

And after a day filled with schnitzel and pommes frites, cake, presents and meeting distant cousins she didn't even know she had, Lore Mae was one tired little girl.
